Maison Walder, established 1873, is a fabrics wholesaler as well as a fabric manufacturer. As a family business, they are well known not only in France, but internationally. Located in Lyon, Maison Walder is welcoming visitors by appointment. For many years, they primarily worked with the performing arts, but also with the fashion and events industries. While they favor natural materials (silk, wool, cotton, linen, etc.), they also sell artificial and synthetic fibers.
Maison Walder maintains a large inventory of items, including current collections, as well as discontinued lines. You will find new arrivals and vintagefabrics, collected over many years. Maison Walder prouds itself in the enjoyment of problem-solving and their workshop passionately makes custom transformations, enhancements, and developments upon request.
