Paulino Cuevas, General Coordinator of the Spain Film Commission, explains, that the Spanish film industry is growing very fast, by 30 percent last year alone. According to him there’s a need for a joint professional network that addresses specific issues of the industry.
After visiting Crew United’s website and long negotiations it was clear, that Crew United is the right attempt to combine forces in the industry. Spanish professionals who join Crew United will get a Premium account for free for two years.
Olivia Rogalla from Crew United Spain says, this is the right step to create an important connection between professionals and strengthen the whole Spanish industry, but it is also a good way to connect and interact with European professionals everywhere.
Crew United already serves as the official directory for the French Film funding Grand Est. Further collaboration with key players in the local markets is “another big step towards a real unified European network,” says Oliver Zenglein, co-founder of Crew United.
